Our Chair Cover Hire service includes covering the chairs at your venue to enhance your celebration with our delightful range of chair covers and sashes. We offer chair covers of various colours, and also provide organza or satin sash bows in a wide variety of shades enabling you to incorporate your chosen colour in the decoration of your chairs.
Our covers will fit most round and square topped chairs used by hotels, restaurants and function rooms. If you would like we will meet up with you at your venue ahead of time for a free consultation to check the fit, and to show you our selection of sash colours.

Will our covers fit your chair?
Our polyester covers will fit all the chairs pictured below. These are the chairs used by the majority of wedding venues.
Our spandex covers are by their nature able to stretch to fit pretty much any size of chair.

We at Party People are happy to offer a cheaper alternative to our excellent chair cover service.
You can now hire our spandex covers and fit them yourselves for an amazing £1.75 per cover with sash.
We will deliver the covers and sashes to either your venue or home address on the week of your event, and then pick them up the next day or during the week after your event.
This price includes the delivery and pick up of the goods from within the Greater Manchester area, if you are outside this area please contact us to arrange the price for the delivery and collection of your goods.
Our spandex covers are incredibly easy to fit, they stretch over virtually any size of chair, and you still have the option of choosing any organza colour sash to accompany your cover at no further cost.

BOOKING
Our covers can be booked using our online booking form, just enter your details and we will contact you to confirm your date is free, and to finalise the booking. We will then send you an invoice for the deposit, and when this is received your date is booked.
Alternatively you can print our printable booking form and send this to us. As above your date is booked once we receive your deposit.
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining balance is required 4 weeks before your event.
A small change up or down in the number of covers needed is accepted, but the final number is required with the last invoice 4 weeks before the event.
PAYMENT
Payment can be in the form of a cheque, or if you prefer, you can pay online through our Pay Pal service on the pay invoice page of this website.
